Provide a financing model for start-up companies in the video on demand industry

Abstract

One of the most important challenges facing startups and start-ups is financing. Adequate financing can accelerate the growth of entrepreneurial activities and the development of start-up businesses. One of the start-up businesses that has been developing in recent years with the welcome of people around the world and our country, is the startups in the field of online watching. The development of these businesses depends on the production of new and entertaining content, and this is also important in terms of proper financing. However, due to the nature of the assets of these businesses, which are generally intangible, the financing of these businesses is always challenged. Therefore, this study seeks to examine the financing patterns and their compliance with the conditions of these businesses. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of nature, so that first by studying the library in the literature, a model for financing these businesses based on interest is proposed. then by designing a questionnaire and receiving comments. Experts will review the financial dimensions of the proposed model. The research results show that the proposed model of securities for financing VOD companies is financially approved by experts.
