MODERN MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL BUSINESS
Abstract
This paper focuses on examining the specifics of modern management in the context of global business, with an emphasis on the global landscape of the 21st century. It discusses the positive and negative trends of contemporary globalization processes and their impact on economic flows and the global market. Additionally, the paper considers the unique aspects of an intercultural approach to managerial processes in global business conditions, outlining the main characteristics of ethnocentric, polycentric, and geocentric approaches to adapting to new markets. It also examines the specificities of performing fundamental managerial functions—planning, organizing, leading, managing human resources, and controlling—in the constantly changing global market.
