ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATIONS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL FINANCES

Abstract

The article discusses the application of innovative approaches to the management of municipalfinances. The suggested approach is using the «Road map» of reform municipal finance that improves the efficiency of self-government local bode activity and developing of unified strategy for social, economic and financial development of the municipality.
