【摘要】 多时相CTA(multiphase CTA,mCTA)作为一项新型颅内血管影像检查技术,可通过追踪造影剂的空间分布及时间变化动态观察动脉峰值期、静脉峰值期及静脉晚期3个不同时相颅内血管显影情况。其特征性影像——“斑点征”可显示不同时相血管管壁的通透性,评估血栓长度及血栓渗透性,并评估颅内侧支循环状态、病变区血管通透性及静脉溶栓效果。本文就mCTA在侧支循环评估、血管通透性检测及血栓渗透性、血栓长度的识别等方面的研究现状和进展进行综述。 【Abstract】 Multiphase CTA (mCTA), a new imaging technology, can dynamically show three-phase intracranial vascular imaging, including peak arterial phase, peak venous phase and late-venous phase.mCTA is often used to evaluate vascular permeability by characteristic spot sign at different time phases, the state of collateral circulation, and thrombus length and perviousness. The efficacy and prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis can be evaluated by comprehensive imaging features on mCTA. This article reviewed the advances in the application of mCTA in diagnosis and assessment of ischemic stroke, including collateral circulation assessment, vascular permeability, thrombus perviousness and length etc.
