The article discusses the phenomena of soil salinization in agriculture, causing anotomic changes in the vessels of plant crops, physiological and biochemical changes. The issues of food safety and increasing crop production with the study of salt soil-resistant crops are considered. In this regard, studies of various varieties of crops were carried out using methods of comparison and stability of the joint action of salinization, integral physiological and biochemical foundations.
