Education of secondary school staff technical service is part of the system of technical security of the Army of Yugoslavia. It provides professional staff for the maintenance of combat and other systems and assets, the supply of materials and assets, and the execution of specific tasks at work. In spite of the developed secondary school system in the society, secondary school technical staff from the citizens can not be hired for the needs of Technical Service because their educational profile does not correspond to the requirements of the Technical Service. This primarily relates to the knowledge of the specific technical systems used in the Army and for which technical staff at the high school level is engaged. The improvement of the technology of education of this staff is a permanent obligation of the tactical carrier - Technical Directorate and Secondary Military Technical School - the direction of the technical service. In doing so, all relevant factors of causation, technical security system and, accordingly, define requirements, models and forms, education profiles of specialty and orientation for the person being trained, must be taken into account. Since the process of education is directly related to the technical and technological development of the Army of Yugoslavia, it must be adequately harmonized.
