In order to cope with the severe coupling effects of aerodynamic heat and aerodynamic load for a long time in the complex flight environment of high heat flow and large load for the folding rudder of high-speed aircraft, as well as the strong constraints and development needs of lightweight, miniaturization and high reliability of overall design, this paper presents a structural design scheme of folding rudder based on high-performance alloy material and adopting axial and normal double locking mechanism, which improves the bearing capacity, overall stiffness and locking reliability, reduces the dynamic load in place, and is conductive to the miniaturization of the mechanism. It mainly solves the problem that only the normal locking mechanism as the separate structure connector can not deal with the load overflow in the conventional folding wing/rudder structure design. Combined with the finite element three-dimensional heat transfer and bearing performance simulation analysis, the feasibility and rationality of the design are veri-fied. The research provides a new reference and explores a new way for the structural design technology of folding wing/rudder of high-speed aircraft.
