Instead of talking about philosophical romance, Kundera prefers to speak about Romance that thinks. If philosophy is the practice of exercise of thinking, every good novel practices philosophy, because every good novel thinks, as writers would say. Thus, the dialogue that directly or indirectly, as a novelist, is established with established names of Western philosophy is far from a submissive perspective. Bolstered by the notion of idyll, face the fiction of Milan Kundera, this work aims to bring to light the dialogues that the writer lays out with Plato, Aristotle and Nietzsche.
