Virus Nemico: dal rispetto dei limiti ecologici alla partecipazione del Terzo Settore

Abstract

The pandemic from Covid-19 highlighted risks and problems involving the socio-institutional aspects along with the dynamics and the issue between politics, science and society. It has also highlighted the gravity of the financial and social consequences, welfare services, the increase in absolute poverty, unsustainable development, fear, despair, injustices, inequalities, the climate emergency. These emergencies are rooted in a financial system that knows no ecological limits and does not respect the Earth and humanity rights. We need to change the financial, cultural and environmental paradigm. The Third Sector is a fundamental player necessary to promote citizenship, ecological reconversion of the declined economy couple with the specificities of the territories, planning, knowledge, visions, provision of services, to be discussed at local and national tables. We need a new alliance between the public and the third sector. We need a national law on services of general interest. In this scenario, integrate aspects of corporate life and community life.
