Personality Rights, Dignity' Issue under the Aegis of Justice

Abstract

This study aims, through a literature search methodology, treat on the rights of personality and retaining the principle of human dignity. Therefore, it is used a dialectical approach to historical and comparative procedures between the events described by the authors analyzed in order to frame the importance of personal rights to dignified construction of the person as ontological category. Depicts is thus in many ways, how the study and appreciation of the person reflects, in the protection of those rights, thereby maintaining a dignified living in social bosom. Here it adds draw up a work, especially the influence of that principle in life worthy of the person in society to structure a system that protects their personality.
