Student’s evaluation of the use of E-learning platform in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca. Strengths and weaknesses revealed by an online survey in 2022-2023
Abstract
The present paper approaches, using a Google survey, the main aspects of the usage of the e-learning platform over the period of 2 years (2022-2023) as perceived by students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Several aspects related to the way they use it, the perceived advantages of the usage of Moodle platform as well as some drawbacks are highlighted. Nowadays there is a relatively low degree of usage of the facilities, due to a limited understanding of the capabilities of such an application. Students are good indicators and might be promoters, along with the willingness of the management of the faculty for a better settling of the alternative and new didactical means imposed by the permanent and rapid development of the new learning environment imposed by e-sources.
