An Interview with Dr. Lyle Bachman

For our inaugural interview, we had the honor of speaking with Dr. Lyle Bachman, who was recently awarded the International Language Testing Association (ILTA) “Lifetime Achievement Award” in language testing. Dr. Bachman spoke with assistant editors Yoko Saito and Elvis Wagner on the eve of the 2004 Language Testing Research Colloquium (LTRC) in Temecula, California.
