THEORETICAL POSITIONS OF POLYFUNCTIONAL PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE COURSES OF THE MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGER EDUCATION
Abstract
Goal. The publication is devoted to the topic of pedagogical support for the professional development of cadets, topical for educational organizations of Russia’s higher military education. The subject of analysis is the theoretical approaches that examine the pedagogical development of the personality in the process of studying in a higher educational institution. The aim of the authors is to reveal the laws and stages of the student’s self-development, the stages of pedagogical support and interaction, the professional development of cadets on the basis of the value approach, the multifunctional pedagogical support of trainees. Method or methodology of the work. The basis of the study is the classical methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, deduction and induction Results. The results of the work consist in the fact that the authors, on the basis of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches, state that in education a vector of its movement to filling it with a culture is observed, while the increasing role of pedagogical axiology is noted. The authors make the assumption that polyfunctional pedagogical support in modern conditions is an important factor in the professionalization of the individual. It consists in strengthening positive factors of development and neutralizing negative ones and is favorable for supporting and reinforcing the internal potential of trainees. Scope of application of the results. The results of the research can be applied in the spheres of higher education and higher military professional education.
