CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN UNITED STATES AND IN BRAZIL

Abstract

This paper presents a comparison between the system of conflict management in the US federal courts (Court Management and Case Management) with the conflict management model of the Brazilian civil procedural law, especially after the advent of the 2015 code of civil procedure law (Law n. 13.105/2015).
