This study aims to determine, analyze and describe the impact of the Waste Bank on changes in Behavior and Community Participation. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach, the analysis method used is an index value consisting of two variables, namely behavior and community participation variables, while the sample of this study is 143 respondents of waste bank customers in Desa Berdaya assisted by Rumah Zakat. The data used consists of primary and secondary data, primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews to respondents, while secondary data comes from journals, books and online websites. The results of this study show that the variable of community behavior after becoming a waste bank customer has a good category with an index value of 0.74, from before becoming a waste bank customer with a need improvement category with an index value of 0.33. Then the variable of community participation after becoming a waste bank customer has a good category with an index value of 0.74. Then the community participation variable after becoming a waste bank customer has a good category with an index value of 0.70, from before becoming a waste bank customer with a category that needs improvement with an index value of 0.37. In other words, the presence of Waste Bank assisted by Rumah Zakat is able to make changes to the behavior and participation of the community in managing waste.
