A FORMAÇÃO DO ADMINISTRADOR E A SUA ORIENTAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL PARA O MERCADO DE TRABALHO: A PERCEPÇÃO DOS ACADÊMICOS DE UMA UNIVERSIDADE PRIVADA DO INTERIOR DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL
Abstract
Understanding the expansion of higher education in the country, the complexity of the administrator role and the need for universities to form qualified administrators for the labor market, this study aimed to analyze the perception of the academics of a private University of the interior of Rio Grande do Sul about the actions developed by the institution regarding the training and orientation of the administrator for the labor market. As for the methodology, a qualitative approach was chosen, in which interviews were conducted with graduates from a private university in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, these interviews being e-mailed and guided by a structured script. In the results, it was possible to visualize the interviewees' perception regarding the professional training provided by the university, and a point of relevance in this study is the fact that, although the institution is prepared for the labor market, there is still a way of approximation to be traced by the same, as a way to provide greater familiarity of its graduates with the professional performance. This fact shows that with this research it was possible to observe some points of dissatisfaction with the learning acquired during the Business degree, including the relation theory and practice.
