Functional Value of Active Games for Trainees’ Preparation for Performance of All-russian Athletic Civil Defense Squads Complex of the 1st level
Abstract
Teaching and learning modules of active games and play exercises have been worked out, pulse value and their application efficiency at physical training lessons for target preparation of primary school students for performance of All-Russian Athletic Civil Defense Squads Complex of the 1st level have been defined. Active games and play exercises contribute to simultaneous development of all physical features and high emotional feeling among students, thus the present investigation was developed. Herewith, it’s important to define the functional value of active games, and also to apply them at physical training lessons, and while preparing trainees for performance of All-Russian Athletic Civil Defense Squads Complex of the 1st level. The aim of the research: To define the functional value of active games applied at physical training lessons and contributing to preparation of trainees for performance of the standards of the 1st level of All-Russian Athletic Civil Defense Squads Complex. The article presents the results of investigation of trainees’ preparation for performance of All-Russian Physical Culture and of All-Russian Athletic Civil Defense Squads Complex of the 1st level. The functional value of active games for rating and distribution of physical loads in the contents of physical training lessons aimed at students’ preparation for performance of All- Russian Athletic Civil Defense Squads Complex in accordance with the specificity of the 1st level and school program component has been defined. The results of the pedagogical experiment proving the efficiency of physical training lessons aimed at students’ preparation for performance of All-Russian Athletic Civil Defense Squads Complex in accordance with the specificity of All-Russian Athletic Civil Defense Squads Complex of the 1st level in comparison with the standard school program are given.
