University teacher’s formation to learning assessment through its dynamics
Abstract
To talk about college education quality, it is necessary to start mentioning about the professor’s aptitude and his qualities. He is responsible about the student’s formation. In fact, it means, that teachers should have an integral formation in that specific area he is working with and also, requires formation in areas such as: teaching methodology, and assessment learning process. However, it is a fact that many professionals who work as teacher have lack of formation the teaching area. For that reason, Venezuelan college has devised a mechanism that allows filling up the lack of formation in the teaching area. The main purpose of this article is to go deeply into college formative process, specifically in the assessment area, in order to understand its dynamic and current requirements.
