Peritonitis questions at issue

Abstract

In given article the clinical effect of the complex approach to a choice of tactics of medical-surgical algorithm at patients with a widespread purulent peritonitis is analyzed. Inclusion in a complex of medical actions to the patients which condition was characterised by special weight, prevalence of process on abdominal and degree of its pollution adapted prognostic the integrated scale, allowing to estimate weight of a condition of patients with planned sanitation of abdominal in the postoperative period has allowed to reduce day in the hospital with 54,6±4,7 day to 37,8±3,2 day and to reduce quantity of complications.
