PRINCIPLES OF BUILDING INDICATORS FOR AIRPORT QUALITY EVALUATION

Abstract

Influence of service quality on economic indicators of airport services was analyzed. Key points and principles of building of system of indicators for airport quality evaluation were formulated. Concept model of system of airport services quality indicators is created. Decomposition of airport services quality integral indicator was made. Math models for calculation of integral, complex and single service quality indicators are offered.
