Abstract Various clinical forms of cutaneous leishmaniasis can be encountered such as: ulcerated, lupoïd, sporotrichoïd and other rare forms (eczematiform, erysipeloid, psoriasiform, verrucous, and pseudotumoral). We report an atypical presentation of verrucous and pseudotumoral cutaneous leishmaniasis that resolved following a course of cryotherapy.
