This paper considers sexuallty as a fundamental aspect of human experlence. Therefore it irnplies the need to pro pose policies that recognlze its diversity and pluralíty. The "feminism" concept that involves the programs related to social security policies are the ones that put aside those whose sexual orlentatlon are In opposition to heteronormatlvlty. This article is also interested In reflectlng about the development and the Implementatlon of public policies In Brazll and the contemporary struggles of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transvestite and the Transgender (LGBT) Movements In times of neollberallsm.
