The purpose of the study is to theoretically and experimentally substantiate the methodology for constructing the training process of young climbers of 6-7 years old at the initial stage of preparation. The study involved 42 children 6-7 years old, who are engaged in climbing; and the twenty-first athlete was included in the experimental and control groups, 12 of them were boys and 9 girls. The experiment lasted seven months. Results. The structure of physical training of climbers has been developed; A model for constructing a training process in accordance with the principle of a wave-like increase in loads In addition to physical development, the technique suggested spiritual development. Spiritual development implies the ability to prevail on universal values, the ability to overcome difficulties, the ability to sympathize, to understand the unity of life on Earth. Ethical and aesthetic development implies organizational qualities and the ability to use ecological knowledge — the ability to multiply the wealth of nature, the ability to preserve nature, in general, is an environmental activity. The basic principles of learning motor actions of young climbers of 6-7 years are formed: 1 - reliance on figurative thinking; 2 - the widespread use of basic movements, running, jumping, throwing, shock movements, lasagna; 3 - taking into account the ergonomic features of the child; 4 - the use of a holistic learning method. The effectiveness of the application of the author’s integral method for constructing the training process of young climbers at the initial preparation stage was experimentally substantiated. Conclusions. As a result of the application of the author's methodology in the experimental group, significant changes in the indices were revealed in tests reflecting the level of physical fitness, psycho-physiological capabilities and functional fitness of young climbers.
