Sperm analysis must be the first investigation for the couples who desire for fertility. Sperm concentration, total progressive motile sperm count, total motile sperm persentage, total progressive motil sperm persentage and sperm morphology are the best markers to determine sperm quality. Spermiogram results of 114 couples that diagnosed with infertility are evaluated in this study. After 2-7 days sexual abstinence the sperm samples were collected in the laboratory and evaluated according to World Health Organisation criterias. 4 (3.5%) of 114 patients were azoospermic, but 80 (70.17%) of 114 patients have more than 15 x 106 /ml sperm concentration. 3 (2.63%) of 114 patients have less than 1 x 106 progressive motile sperm count but 82 (71,92%) patients have more than 10 x 106 . Total motility persentage was less than 20% for 5 (4.38%) patients and 72 (63.15%) patients’ motility rate were more than 40%. 45 (39.47%) patients’ normal sperm morphology are less than 2% and 14 (12.28%) patients have equal or more than 4% normal mofphologic sperm.
