Parental alienation in the term of marriage and the stable union and collective care

Abstract

The article aims to present provisions of laws and studies on acts of parental alienation practiced against children and adolescents in force or after the validity of marriage and informal marriage capable of provoking in the victims the syndrome of parental alienation. In order to allow a better understanding of the subject, the concepts of alienation, parental alienation and alienation syndrome were presented. In order to allow a good understanding of the subject, the psychological and psychiatric studies developed in the United States of America by Richard Alan Gardner on the syndrome of parental alienation were presented. The use of the public civil action was defended to protect the rights of children and adolescents victims of acts of parental alienation. It was recommended to disseminate such studies in academic environments in general.
