The COVID-19 disease, also known as coronavirus, has suddenly overtaken humanity. It has engulfed the entire world, becoming a longlasting pandemic. Over the years of studying the virus, it was possible to obtain a vaccine, draw up plans for treatment and prevention of the population. Despite the vaccine that has appeared, new drugs for pneumonia, the use of modern technologies and devices, as well as the work of the best specialists, people who have recovered from coronavirus (including students) need a long recovery, during which many specialists recommend performing a set of breathing exercises. Specialists of the Physical Education Department of the Don State Technical University (DSTU) proposed the introduction of new innovative methods of recovery after COVID-19 among students of the Faculty of Agribusiness. The authors of this work consider the feasibility of using breathing exercises of various techniques for recovery after COVID-19 among students of the Faculty of Agribusiness. After studying the literature, two sets of breathing exercises were proposed, according to the method of Buteyko K.P. and Strelnikova A.N. The purpose of the study is to study the effect of breathing exercises on recovery via personal experiment. This study ensures the quality and importance of breathing exercises during the recovery period of students who have already recovered from COVID-19. The study uses experimental and observational methods. The development of this topic is dictated by the current unfavorable epidemiological situation among student youth. To value the importance of using the proposed set of breathing exercises, the authors of this work created a control group (19 students), consisting of students of the Faculty of Agribusine of the Don State Technical University (DSTU) who have already recovered after COVID-19.
