Analyses of education public action, the importance of narratives
Abstract
This paper analyses policy making of education towards the mobilization and organization of different types of forum (non-electoral arenas); with the intention of intervene at the legislative procedures. The research was synthesized to different theoretical approaches that directed the analyses of public policies and associated them to the public action of sociology. Furthermore, by taking empirical inputs from the revision of the literature in order to demonstrate how, in the [short] periods where nonelectoral arenas were associated to the operative of democracy classic institutions. The study concluded that narratives of education policy to organize non-electoral arenas, government coalitions and advocacy coalitions are important.
