RUSSIAN MODERNISATION OF LAW INTERPRERTATION AS AN ELEMENT OF SOCIAL AND CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract

An analysis of modern state of law interpretation in Russia is given in the article. Showing the concepts of law interpretation, we can see methodological approaches and assessments in studying law. Main concepts of modern Russian law interpretation include integrative, liberty-juridical, communicative and normativistic ones.
