With the progress of research on Wireless Sensor Network, location in Wireless Sensor Networks has become a very important research topic. There must be unable location area that is called blind zone in this paper due to the randomness of the nodes deployment. In order to improve the localization accuracy of the blind node in blind zone, a new anchor nodes selection algorithm was proposed based on ant colony algorithm and location constraints. The length of the path and the number of the hop count are all the constraints of the evaluation function, then through the ant colony algorithm we can find the shortest and the fastest route, which is used to the blind node’s localization. The new algorithm is easy to achieve, the experimental results show that the algorithm can obviously improve the accuracy of the localization in blind zone.
