The Impact of Nurse-Led Strategies on Managing Chronic Diseases
Abstract
This review article investigates the impact of these strategies on chronic disease management. The role of nurses has evolved significantly, with increasing evidence highlighting the positive effects of nurse-led initiatives on patient health outcomes. This review delve into various nurse-led approaches, such as patient education, support for self-management, medication oversight, and lifestyle guidance.
