THE LABOR RELATIONSHIP IN POLICONTEXTURALITY TURNED TO A GORVERNANCE BY NUMBERS AND THE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANISATION AS A MEDIATING ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The phenomenon of globalization, identified by some as a new stage of the globalization process, ends up turning the labour scenario, by putting in evidence economic aspects, incremented by a worldwide competition. Such a situation arouses the interest in governance by numbers of large companies (especially multinationals) situation which ultimately weakens rights to workers, as well as, deleveling global competition. Faced with this context, it is questioned: the osteogenesis imperfecta T can be regarded as an international organisation for mediation in the labour relationship in Policontexturalidade? If positive, what terms can we identify this profile? To answer such questions, it was used the systemic method, advocated by Niklas Luhmann, which is not inductive or deductive, since it aims to describe the systems (open and closed) and its relation to the environment, with the theoretical deepening of the study guided by Bibliographical research. The conclusion highlights the International Labour Organisation (ILO) as a global actor, endowed with the status of the mediator of conflicts arising from the labour relationship.
