DIS-ECONOMIES CREATED BY URBAN AGGLOMERATIONS
Abstract
The cluster economies represent one of the core concepts of urban economies. According to this concept, economic activity becomes more profitable, recording lower costs in the circumstance in which the set of economic activities is located in the same spot. Partially, economies from the agglomeration mean the advantages of space clustering resulted from the scale economies. Up to a certain point, economies from agglomerations are profitable and positive, but from the critical point these agglomerations economies turn into dis-economies from agglomeration.
