«The Easter World» of Nicholas II during the Bell for Witte Tolled

Abstract

Witte’s resignation in 1903 become overcoming “boyish” fear of Nicholas II of Witte. It was the final act of fight for 1902-1903 of two political leaders - the administrator Plehve with the economist Witte in the St. Petersburg bureaucratic officials. However, replacement of the best minister on weak Pleske has caused some confusion in society.
