QUANDO A BALANÇA PENDE: um corredor para exportações e o território Santa Rosa dos Pretos

Abstract

The article presented results from two communications presented on the Thematic Table Development projects and traditional and indigenous communities in Maranhão: territorial boundaries, social struggles and conflict equation during the international Public Policies Congress, at UFMA, in 2017. Specifically, it highlights the discussions related to the processes of construction of the logistics infrastructure in the corridor for the disposal of commodities from the mainland to the port in São Luís on the Quilombola territory of Santa Rosa dos Blacks. The research work was carried out in the years 2015 and 2017 from the realization of the interstructured interviews and documents.
