The Peculiarities of the Maternal (Family) Capital in the Republic of Kalmykia

Abstract

The article describes the legislative base of state financial support for families. The main directions of the maternity (family) capital in the Republic of Kalmykia are considered. The comparative description of laws on the regional maternity (family) capital in four regions of Southern Russia is given.
