Decision Making and Problem Solving in Sport and Physical Activity
Abstract
Abstract: The relationship between decision making, solving problem and sport physical activity is an area of increasing interest in cognitive and psychological sport field. This research aims to explore the implications of decision making on solving problem in sport and physical activity where decision making, solving problem are the two sides of the same coin which is sport and physical activity. Decision making significantly influence how practitioners solve problem situation weather in training session or in a competition which in turn affects their outcomes and their winning. By incorporating decision making and solving problem in sport and physical activity we can improve cognitive skills with performance skills to take responsibility of integrating ideas for choosing the most appropriate solution and solving the problem in a short time and efficiently. Future research should continue to explore the mechanisms underlying the relationship between decision making and cognitive skills, with a focus on developing interventions that enhance ability and responsibility. Understanding these dynamics will enable sport professionals to better address the diverse needs of practitioners, leading to more successful outcomes.
