THE PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF THE VOLGOGRAD REGION

Abstract

This article provides an overview of scientific publications that reveal the problems of social and economic development of municipal districts of the Volgograd region. Analyzed monographs, research papers and research Volgograd region. The authors studied the works outlined the ways to solve this problem: through the creation of agricultural holdings, combining teaching and research centers and production bases, optimization of the settlement system, finding the relationship between socio-economic development of the municipal territory and evaluating the performance of local governments.
