Le site mégalithique de Wanar (Sénégal)

Abstract

This article presents the results of the first excavations conducted on the World Heritage megalithic site of Wanar, which are part of a new program of scientific cooperation between France and Senegal (2008-2011). New interpretations, among them past aspects of nowadays partly ruined architectures, are proposed.
