Strategy of improvement for baseball coaches, social category in the Isle of Youth

Abstract

Baseball is a spectacle sport that attracts a large number of spectators. Its practice is carried out from very early ages taking into account those elements that allow the practitioner a correct assimilation of the elements of the game. In order to raise the results of baseball athletes, it is necessary to improve the preparation of the coaches who are drivers of the sports training process, where overcoming plays a key role. The diagnosis made to the preparation of baseball teams of the social category, using scientific methods of the theoretical, empirical and statistical levels, revealed theoretical-practical-methodological inadequacies of the teachers of this sport in the special municipality Isle of Youth, which have an unfavorable impact on their results and the preparation of athletes, it allows to propose a strategy of improvement for the improvement of the professional guide of this process. The strategy of improvement in its conception, proposes indispensable actions in which the laws, categories and principles of Baseball are combined, in addition new ways are offered to conceive the process of overcoming in the Isle of Youth, such as the referred improvement courses to the Didactic of the sport, the pedagogical-methodological workshops and the self-improvement activities.
