For four years Harold Honju Koh, one of the foremost US international lawyers, served the Obama adminstration as a Legal Advisor to the State Department. During that time he developped from a fierce critic of the „war on terror“ to a defender of drone strikes and targeted killing. In a Verfassungsblog interview he tells us why.
