This paper pretends to recover Eduarda Mansilla's figure, shaped by herself in her own diaries, offered by Marina Guidotti in his book Escritos periodísticos completos (1860-1892), published in 2015 by Corregidor editorial, in Buenos Aires. The investigator carries out a compilation of Mansilla's diaries, dispersed throughout different newspapers and magazines, meaning an important conservation task and allowing future studies about Mansilla's work which has not been entirely valued. She executes a vast preliminary study in spite of exposing and presenting Eduarda's public figure, built in her articles, from autobiographical features that include her as a preponderant figure in the end of the nineteenth-century Argentinian society. Her individual experience configures as a starting point to enquire and intervene the social experience of the nation's configuration.
