改进等离子弧焊+氩弧焊组合焊工艺在油脂设备中的应用Application of improved PAW+TIG combined welding process in oils and fats equipment
Abstract
奥氏体不锈钢在油脂设备中应用广泛,为高效、低成本地获得稳定、高质量的奥氏体不锈钢焊缝,在等离子弧焊+氩弧焊(PAW+TIG)组合焊基础上,提出PAW填丝打底焊+TIG脉冲盖面焊的改进PAW+TIG组合焊工艺,以5 mm厚的S30408不锈钢为例进行焊接试验,通过无损检测、拉伸试验、弯曲试验对焊缝进行检测,并梳理了改进PAW+TIG组合焊工艺实施要素。结果表明,改进PAW+TIG组合焊焊缝的外观良好,未出现焊接变形,各项性能满足工艺要求,焊接速度提升明显。采用该工艺对不锈钢进行焊接能延长油脂设备使用寿命,有效降低工程项目的消耗指标。Austenitic stainless steel is widely used in oils and fats equipment. In order to obtain stable and high-quality austenitic stainless steel welds with high efficiency and low cost, on the basis of combined plasma arc welding(PAW)+tungsten inert gas(TIG) welding, the improved PAW+TIG combined welding process of PAW backing welding with filler wire +TIG pulsed welding to cover weld face was put forward. The S30408 stainless steel with 5 mm thickness was taken as an example for welding test, and the weld was tested by non-destructive test, tensile test and bending test. In addition the implementation factors of improved PAW+TIG combined welding process were summarized. The results showed that the appearance of the weld obtained by the improved PAW+TIG combined welding process was good with no welding deformation, the performance met the requirements of the process, and the welding speed was effectively improved. Applying the welding process to weld stainless steel could extend the life of oils and fats equipment and effectively reduce consumption indicators of engineering projects.
