In this paper we want to present the results of the questionnaire analysis addressed tothe representatives of small and medium companies, polled within the project: Romania-Bulgariajoint cooperation for sustainable and long-term development of young human source of renewableenergy technologies in order to overcome the socio-cultural barrier and to find commonopportunities for work and employment in the border area
