Abstract Neurologic complications of SARS‐CoV‐2 infection have been reported commonly. Peripheric facial nerve palsy is one of the most reported neurologic problems. However, idiopathic bilateral facial palsy is a very rare complication of SARS‐CoV‐2 infection. Herein, we present a case of a COVID‐19 35‐year‐old man, which developed bilateral facial palsy.
