Spinal infections are known to be a rare manifestation of cryptococcosis. Herein, we report a case of a patient with isolated nonspecific spinal lesions at the T10 vertebra. The patient received non-surgical treatment with antifungal drugs, resulting in satisfactory clinical outcomes.Keywords: cryptococcal, thoracic spine
