ESTUDO BIBLIOMÉTRICO DA PUBLICAÇÃO NACIONAL NA ÁREA DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO SOBRE SOFRIMENTO E PSICODINÂMICA DO TRABALHO

Abstract

This paper aims to present the current scenario of Brazilian studies related to suffering at work. More specifically, a bibliographic review was conducted to explore the national production of the theme, regarding the last seven years of publications in the most important administration/business journals belonging to the B5 Qualis/CAPES extract and above. The study approached the concept of pain at work based on the Work Psychodynamic of Dejours. In order to reach the objective, a bibliometric research was made with 41 articles from the Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library. The main results revealed a lack of studies specifically focused in this theme, a lack of complexity and diversity in the existing papers and a significant increment during the last two years (2013 and 2014) in studies regarding the theme. Besides that, the existing articles exposed the main causes of pain in the work environment, which are the lack of work knowledge, autonomy, vulnerability and depreciation of the employee.
