Abstract

Private Commercial Banks in Turkey has an important role in the process of economic and social activities, specially in the financial sector. There are some factors which provide advantages or limit to private commercial banks. As in other banks incentives and limits in Institutional setting substituonally affect Turkish Banking System Institutionaly, financialy and operationally. Reforms initiated in the institutional setting have created on environment in which banking products and service have been extended and renewed, the devolepments in institutional in frastructure have gained some speed and the share of bankink sector in financial system has incread.
