МЕМЛЕКЕТТІК ҚЫЗМЕТШІЛЕРДІҢ ОҚЫТУ ЖӘНЕ БІЛІКТІЛІГІН АРТТЫРУ ЖҮЙЕСІН БАҒАЛАУ

Abstract

The article outlines the main indicators of monitoring training and professional qualification of civil servants and, also analyzed and evaluated the qualifications of civil servants. Training of civil servants can be based on а one system but can’t compete with developed countries. And, also revealed that civil servants should be adapted in the learning process to the new technologies and global changes. In this regard, many issues were identified, and ways of their solution were presented.
