Design of Integrated Automation System of Small and Medium-sized Coal Mines Based on GEPON Network

Abstract

To solve problems of safety production and information island of Chinese small and medium-sized coal mines, a kind of integrated automation system based on GEPON network was designed. The system uses GEPON redundance network to integrate each control systems and industrial TV video monitoring systems into network platform of automation system, can be free to access all of existing subsystems of coal mine, and has reserve interface so as to conveniently expand. The practical application showed that the system suits for small and middle-sized coal mines.
