This paper introduces the technical route of the zero output heat supply transformation of low pressure cylinders in Shandong Province, the operation after the transformation, the impact on power grid dispatching, and the constraints on the normal operation of some units after the transformation, providing technical support for power generation enterprises to accurately implement the “three transformation linkage” transformation scheme and the accurate dispatching of the power dispatching center
